Yeah more or less only good for letting a little bit of light into the garage (enough so you don’t trip over anything).

How do you like the V6 compared to a V8? I’ve often wondered myself if the V6 muscle cars would be better, particularly GM since the LS is pushrod. And the V6s rev, make peak hp higher, and are presumably lighter. If that makes them more fun to drive.

The 3800 is also a pushrod and has about the same powerband. If I were given the choice today, the LS1 fbody would be the one to go for.

Most of the 3800 are now pretty abused and worn thin (especially the bearings).

The 3800 is maybe 100lbs lighter, but cast iron lol!

I have driven an SS and it wasn’t anything to write home about compared to my car in current trim, but it would be a different ball game if it had similar mods.
